📋 Description

• Design and implement scalable web services, applications, and APIs • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code using Go and other languages • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle • Deliver customer-focused releases through iterative development • Ensure simplicity and maintainability in software design • Collaborate across teams to meet organizational needs • Promote inclusive collaboration and continuous learning • Support Signify Health’s unified technology platform for value-based care and healthcare delivery • Travel to Dallas three or four times per year

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role • Proficiency in Go, including advanced concurrency patterns using Goroutines and channels • Experience with TypeScript, Python, C#, or other languages • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Software engineering principles, including problem-solving, data structures, algorithms, and patterns • Understanding of database systems and RESTful API design • Understanding of distributed systems design, implementation, and operation • Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP • Effective communication skills • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience • Familiarity with Go toolchains, including Go modules, building, testing, profiling, and linting • React, React Native, and TypeScript for web and mobile development • Experience with asynchronous, event-based architectures • Proficiency with gRPC, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform • Knowledge of application and performance monitoring platforms such as New Relic • Experience with CI/CD pipelines • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
