📋 Description

• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade AI experiences embedded into Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI • Integrate Azure AI and OpenAI capabilities into workflow automation and decision support • Develop reusable components for consistent enterprise adoption • Partner closely with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to move AI from experimentation to production-ready solutions • Ensure alignment with Responsible AI principles and security compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or applied AI roles • 3+ years delivering enterprise solutions on Microsoft Power Platform • Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio • Deep expertise integrating AI services, including Azure OpenAI/OpenAI APIs • Strong understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, and AI evaluation techniques • Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language such as C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript • Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and performance tuning
