📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and grow an engineering team focused on AI/ML and GenAI solution delivery • Set strategic technical direction and promote engineering best practices, scalable architecture, and responsible AI development • Partner with business leaders and IT teams to translate requirements into technical roadmaps and solutions • Oversee AI initiatives from ideation through production deployment and adoption • Design and develop AI/ML and GenAI solutions • Champion low-code/no-code platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate, Claude Skills, and full-stack development • Establish DevOps, CI/CD, and data governance practices • Ensure solutions meet architecture, security, privacy, audit, and governance standards • Advise business and IT partners on AI adoption, use-case evaluation, and solutioning • Build cross-functional relationships among engineering, business, and governance stakeholders • Report program progress, risks, and delivered value to senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of people management experience, including building, leading, and developing high-performing engineering teams • 5+ years of hands-on software development experience in cloud and distributed environments using modern technology stacks • Experience building AI/ML solutions, including GPT/Gemini/Claude LLM models, Vertex AI, RAG, GenAI, agentic AI workflows and orchestration • Proficiency in Python and full-stack development, including designing and building APIs • Experience with Azure, GCP, and Kubernetes • Experience with vector databases for AI/ML and GenAI solutions • Experience with Google Cloud Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI, or AWS Bedrock • Strong proficiency in SQL, data analytics, and automation • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines • Ability to engage business leaders and translate requirements into technical plans • Experience in regulated enterprise environments, including architecture, security, privacy, audit, and governance processes • Strategic thinking and program management skills • Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Preferred: Finance or regulated financial services experience • Preferred: AI Enablement, AI Center of Excellence, or similar experience • Preferred: Agentic AI frameworks and orchestration tools • Preferred: Low-code/no-code AI solutions, including Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Claude Skills • Preferred: Semantic context layer, vector database, or knowledge graph architectures • Preferred: Enterprise AI and data governance and responsible AI frameworks • Preferred: Executive stakeholder presentation and influence • Preferred: Organizational change and technology adoption at scale
