📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions and systems • Architect and code software applications • Conduct system testing and debugging • Design and implement efficient, scalable solutions meeting business requirements and quality standards • Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions with architects and senior engineers • Provide input on technical feasibility, performance optimization, and scalability • Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines • Coordinate with team members and contribute technical insights to decision-making • Adopt best practices, new technologies, and tools to improve productivity, efficiency, and code quality • Participate in code reviews, tech talks, workshops, and other knowledge-sharing activities • Implement complex features and enhance existing functionality • Mentor junior developers • Leverage Microsoft Copilot and Agile methodologies to streamline workflows, improve collaboration, and support data-informed decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of work experience • Advanced technical expertise in software application architecture and coding • Problem solving and decision-making skills • Collaboration and teamwork skills • Growth mindset, including agility and developing yourself and others • Execution and delivery skills, including planning, delivering, and supporting • Business intelligence skills • Agile experience • Bachelor's degree preferred, specialized training, or relevant professional qualification • Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) preferred • AWS Certified DevOps Engineer preferred
