📋 Description

• Define and communicate the broader vision, executing the IT strategy in alignment with organizational standards • Serve as the primary point of contact for architects, application owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to define strategy, prioritization, and execution • Establish epics and initiatives aligned with strategic goals and the product roadmap • Develop and maintain roadmaps connecting critical business needs with scalable technical solutions • Leverage performance data to create feedback loops for continuous insight and improvement • Champion product management and agile mindsets by communicating team successes and identifying growth areas • Build and lead high-performing engineering teams • Enable a large operational data platform • Drive high-impact AI initiatives focused on member and provider experiences and measurable enterprise value

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with data technologies such as MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL • 7+ years of hands-on experience with cloud technologies such as GCP, AWS, and Azure • 7+ years of experience in software development or architecture and delivering cloud-native data platforms • 7+ years of experience working with Agile, SAFe Agile, and Product SDLC methodologies • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience • High School Diploma/GED plus 4 years of relevant experience as an alternative educational pathway • Profound Cloud/Data technical knowledge • Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills • Deep understanding of software engineering principles • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
