📋 Description

• Define and communicate the long-term application development strategy • Manage the application development team’s day-to-day work • Foster collaboration, agility, and continuous growth while ensuring high-quality, timely delivery • Analyze industry trends, emerging technologies, and business intelligence for innovation and process improvement opportunities • Allocate resources and prioritize development projects • Conduct risk assessments and establish governance processes for compliance • Collaborate with senior management and business leaders to understand application needs and requirements • Communicate with external partners, vendors, and clients to gather feedback and align development efforts • Review and approve project deliverables for quality and alignment with the technology strategy • Design, develop, and implement digital solutions and systems • Architect and code software applications, conduct system testing and debugging, and contribute to technical direction

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience in enterprise/web applications • 5+ years of experience in React, React TypeScript, React JS, Python, Node.js or other front-end frameworks • 5+ years of experience with cloud technologies such as GCP, AWS, Azure, or other public cloud services • 3+ years of experience as a full stack developer in Java-based technologies including microservices, FAST API, Spring Boot framework, and REST • 3+ years of experience in Agile development practices • 3+ years of experience applying AI tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Amazon Q • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience) • Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD) preferred • Certified Agile Developer (CAD) preferred
