📋 Description

• Lead technical initiatives solving complex, enterprise-wide problems while ensuring maintainability, performance, and scalability • Design, build, and maintain business-critical, enterprise-grade systems using modern technology and techniques • Deliver incremental value through iterative, customer-focused releases • Drive long-term improvements focused on simplicity and maintainability • Collaborate to develop solutions meeting cross-organization needs • Research, propose, and adopt leading-edge technology • Continuously develop personal and team capabilities through learning and mentorship • Design, deliver, and operate business-critical distributed systems • Help build Signify Health’s unified technology platform for value-based care, transforming the home into a health hub

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of software development experience • Strong foundation in problem solving, data structures, algorithms, patterns, and concurrency • Experience as a polyglot software engineer with more than one of: C++, C#, Java, Golang, Javascript, Typescript, Python or similar • Experience using full-stack development to ship and operate large-scale systems • Strong SQL skills and understanding of RDBMS such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL • Strong experience with distributed systems design, implementation and operation at scale • Strong experience with Azure, AWS or GCP • Clear and effective communication • Ability to travel quarterly or as needed • Familiarity with asynchronous, event-based architectures • 6+ months of experience using AI-assisted development tools • Experience with Kafka, REST APIs, Protobuf, gRPC, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform • Experience with an Application and Performance Monitoring platform, such as New Relic • Experience establishing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines • Experience with agile methodologies
