âą Act as an Individual Contributor (IC) with high technical impact âą Strong influence on architecture and technology decisions âą Active participation in coding, experimentation, and product evolution âą Work on critical, highly complex code âą Define and disseminate coding standards and best practices âą Tackle problems with a systems view (performance, scalability, data) âą Lead code reviews focused on engineering and quality

âą Solid experience as a Senior Fullstack Engineer or Specialist âą Deep expertise in React, Node.js, and TypeScript âą Hands-on experience with MongoDB and Neo4j âą Strong foundation in system architecture and design âą Ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems âą Track record as a technical reference and go-to expert within teams
