📋 Description

• Work autonomously on end-to-end development (frontend and backend) • Actively participate in technical and architectural decisions • Define coding standards and development best practices • Perform code reviews and pair programming sessions • Develop interfaces using React + TypeScript • Build and evolve backend services using Node.js + TypeScript • Work with MongoDB and Neo4j (or graph databases) • Collaborate with product, UX, and data teams • Solve complex and ambiguous problems • Contribute to AI, automation, and innovation initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer • Strong proficiency in React, Node.js, and TypeScript • Experience with MongoDB • Experience with Neo4j or graph databases • Understanding of architecture, performance, and code quality • Ability to work autonomously and an ownership mindset • Collaborative profile and focus on team growth • Ability to handle complex and ambiguous problems • Strong communication with technical and business stakeholders • Continuous improvement mindset
