📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic business partner and consultant to Field leaders. • Anticipate needs for change, recommend solutions, and influence sustainable resolutions and change. • Coach and advise operations partners, translating strategic intent into measurable team results. • Empower leaders to identify, develop, and reward high performance. • Support and facilitate leadership development, individual development, succession planning, and engagement for Field teams. • Partner with peer teams to ensure programs and processes support Team Members and the business. • Innovate and redesign programs and processes as needed. • Work closely with Talent Acquisition on hiring processes, talent movements, and resignations. • Collaborate with HRBPs and Support Center leadership to implement solutions addressing organizational and business-unit objectives. • Support programs that nurture and sustain the company culture and develop people. • Implement recognition programs and celebrations. • Ensure HR compliance and proactively close gaps. • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and local, state, and federal laws. • Guide and support resolution of employee relations issues and accurate use of HR guidelines, systems, and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• HR Business Partner experience leading multi-unit concepts (hospitality experience preferred). • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • High level of capability in change management. • History of leadership roles with companies that are culture-forward. • Sound judgment and strong decision-making skills. • Accountability for high personal and professional standards of conduct. • 5+ years of professional HR work experience with increasing levels of responsibility. • BA/BS required. • Position is based remotely with at least 10–25% travel required. • Must be located in Atlanta, Cleveland, or Chicago. • Bilingual preferred but not required.
