📋 Description

• Partner with Finance and Legal leadership to translate business priorities into people plans covering talent, team structure, and culture • Run headcount planning and support organizational design for Finance and Legal • Help leaders assess how automation and AI affect roles, skills, and ways of working • Run talent reviews and calibration and support succession planning for senior roles • Identify critical talent in FP&A, accounting, tax, commercial legal, and compliance and develop retention plans • Coach managers on performance, feedback, and team effectiveness • Support first-time and developing leaders in building management skills • Lead change plans for organizational, process, and systems changes • Handle employee-relations matters with judgment and discretion in partnership with People Centers of Excellence • Partner with Compensation on career frameworks, leveling, offers, and annual pay and performance cycles • Use people data, including attrition, engagement, hiring speed, and organizational health, to identify trends and guide decisions • Act on engagement survey results and build an inclusive, high-performing culture across Finance and Legal • Partner with Finance and Legal leadership teams and work with the VP, Global People Business Partners on executive-level priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience • 3+ years as an HRBP supporting Finance, Legal, or other corporate functions • Experience in a B2B SaaS or technology company preferred • Experience partnering with director- and VP-level leaders, ideally in a CFO or General Counsel organization • Understanding of finance and legal roles, career paths, and talent markets • Strong experience in talent management • Hands-on experience with organizational design and change management • Strong judgment in employee relations • Sound knowledge of employment law in multiple countries • High discretion with sensitive and confidential information • Comfort with data and HR systems such as Workday • Curiosity about AI and its impact on work, roles, and skills • Ability to work independently, influence without authority, and constructively challenge leaders • Global experience preferred (US, EMEA, APAC, LATAM) • Successful candidates must complete a comprehensive criminal background check and verification of education and employment • Must respond to employment visa sponsorship questions for the U.S. location
