📋 Description

• Develop, manage, and implement sales strategies within Department of War (DoW) WEST markets • Increase sales and market share at accounts in the territory • Develop a strategic and tactical sales plan for Dexcom products across all territory accounts • Lead execution of the sales plan across accounts • Lead pursuit of account sales opportunities • Manage key decision makers in the DoW marketplace and promote Dexcom products to related healthcare providers • Develop and deliver customized presentations to internal and external audiences • Facilitate timely marketplace feedback to Dexcom management on customer trends, industry issues, and business opportunities • Collaborate with sales professionals and clinical educators • Travel 50–75%

🎯 Requirements

• Must live in the DoW – WEST target territory • BS/BA degree • Minimum of 8 years of related experience; typically 8–12 years • Prior sales experience in the diabetes market • Experience in the Federal healthcare system preferred • History of sales success • Existing relationships within DoW preferred • Knowledge of the issues, trends, and needs of DoW customers • Comprehensive understanding of all Federal distribution channels • Successful experience with new product and expanded indication launches • Ability to work and integrate planning across functional areas • Effective communication in virtual and face-to-face environments • Ability to foster a vision and gain commitment from internal and external customers • Federal Government Healthcare Sales experience highly preferred • Prior military experience preferred
