📋 Description

• Install, debug and provide technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, mainly on customer premises • Perform scheduled inspections, cleaning and minor product repairs within an assigned territory • Inspect products for correct operation and resolve issues or escalate according to established procedures • Schedule services and complete required paperwork • Work with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality • Perform troubleshooting using diagnostic tools and detailed analysis of hardware and software failures • Perform component-level hardware repairs • Clean and adjust mechanical components • Configure and install applicable software • Perform preventive maintenance and routine checks according to documented procedures • Refill consumables as directed • Install, move, add, change and remove hardware and software products (IMAC/R) • Instruct and train customers on usage and operation of installed hardware and software • Participate in regular hardware and software training • Participate in measures to achieve agreed KPIs • Assist with special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Education or equivalent work experience required • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Field Services • Good written and verbal communication skills • Driver's license and driving record that satisfies DN's fleet requirements
