Discern targets regulated and enterprise customers (financial services, healthcare, private equity, venture capital, technology) and emphasizes compliance, automated filing tasks, real-time status, and centralized filing history and documentation.

📋 Description

• Report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and collaborate closely with the go-to-market team • Use state filings, franchise tax data, regulatory filings, and licensing databases to identify companies with compliance needs • Refine company scoring and prioritization • Own domains, mailboxes, authentication, warmup, inbox placement, send volume, and response rates • Maintain and improve CRM, automations, custom prospecting tools, and research tools • Document and make sales systems reliable and extensible • Strengthen analytics, attribution, visitor identification, and lead routing to convert high-intent organic traffic into pipeline • Develop AI-native workflows • Support deal and event targeting • Contribute to go-to-market strategy as the company moves upmarket

🎯 Requirements

• Roughly 5+ years in GTM operations, growth, or GTM engineering • Deep, hands-on experience with deliverability and running outbound at volume • Comfortable with SQL and some scripting (JavaScript, Python, or similar) • A builder who automates manual work, makes fragile systems sturdy, and reports honestly on what works • Curious about entity compliance and comfortable with ambiguity and significant ownership • Experience with public records or other messy external datasets (nice to have) • Experience building AI-powered workflows (nice to have) • Early-stage B2B SaaS experience (nice to have)
