📋 Description

• Define robust technical solutions and provide strategic guidance to the team • Independently solve highly complex technical and business problems • Create clear, comprehensive documentation to ensure alignment and scalability • Participate in strategic decisions and technical refinements, ensuring code quality • Conduct thorough code reviews, upholding best practices and high standards • Actively participate in agile ceremonies and resolve technical impediments • Ensure compliance with SLAs and delivery deadlines • Perform in-depth analyses to identify and remediate root causes of critical issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed in a technology-related field (postgraduate degree is a plus) • Minimum of 5 years of Back-End development experience • Strong knowledge of .NET, SQL, MongoDB, and REST APIs • Experience with CI/CD tools and cloud platforms (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, AWS, GCP, or similar) • Familiarity with Jira and agile methodologies • Use of AI assistants in the development workflow (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor), with critical judgment about where these tools accelerate work and where they may introduce risk
