📋 Description

• Design the people systems and processes for leveling, compensation, onboarding, growth, promotion, and performance management • Own implementation and ongoing configuration of Rippling, including job architecture, workflows, and system setup • Run performance review and merit/promotion cycles, including calibration • Support and evolve the career pathing framework • Build and run onboarding and professional offboarding processes • Own employee recognition programs and support learning and development efforts • Support benefits administration and annual broker renewal processes • Support immigration needs, including H-1B and related cases, with outside counsel • Report directly to the CEO • Shape how Doxel hires, develops, and retains talent as the company scales

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of HR/HRBP experience • Experience building from scratch at a growth-stage company • Hands-on HRIS implementation experience with Rippling or comparable systems • Experience configuring job architecture, workflows, and onboarding/offboarding flows • Experience directly running performance review, merit, or calibration cycles • Experience supporting or building career pathing frameworks • Experience building or running employee recognition and/or L&D programs • Experience using AI-powered tools to optimize, track, and run HR processes efficiently while maintaining compliance • Understanding of compliant AI use, including data handling, documentation, and avoiding bias in AI-assisted decisions • Preferred: experience operating in an Enterprise SaaS company • Preferred: multi-entity or international HR experience • Preferred: experience with Pave/Carta or similar benchmarking tools • Preferred: experience supporting benefits administration/broker renewals • Preferred: experience supporting employer-sponsored immigration cases (H-1B or similar)
