📋 Description

• Ensure timely and accurate corporate semi-monthly payroll processing • Guide and support the Payroll Specialist and support and back up the Report Specialist • Audit tax errors, compensation changes, new hires, address changes, and employees on leave • Send reminder emails to staff for end of pay period • Edit pay period schedules when revisions are needed • Process corporate payrolls • Audit time entry, retro reports, registers, and each company thoroughly • Complete payroll adjustments, including bonuses, severance, and missed earnings • Review error reports provided by OSV • Complete federal and state compliance reports and routine company status reports • Complete SAIF quarterly reports and breakdowns for Finance • Update and/or create Leadership Bonus reports • Complete monthly severance, WOTC, SAIF, labor, workers' compensation, benefits, garnishment, and termination reports or audits • Complete annual W-2s, payroll calendars, SAIF and other workers' compensation audits, and gross wages by state • Maintain clear, open communication with HR and Finance departments • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of payroll, supervision, or manager-level experience required • BA/BS degree preferred • Dutch Bros shop leadership experience preferred • Understanding of accounting, payroll, and payroll tax processes • Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team with all levels • Ability to read and write in English • Must be able to work in an office environment • Must be able to communicate effectively to perform job duties • Vision must be good or corrected • Hearing must be good or corrected • Ability to operate a computer and office productivity machinery
