📋 Description

• Develop complex AI agents using platforms such as ChatGPT or Claude • Contribute hands-on to advanced AI agent development projects • Develop or work with multi-agent AI systems • Respond to team member and client requests during core business hours • Understand client needs and collaborate with developers and designers • Support and advance IT services delivery in Federal agencies served by Dynanet

🎯 Requirements

• Strong, hands-on experience developing complex AI agents using platforms such as ChatGPT or Claude • Experience with advanced AI agent development beyond basic prompting or prompt engineering • Experience developing or working with multi-agent AI systems would be valuable • Software engineering/development background preferred • Direct contribution to AI agent development projects, even without serving as lead developer • Commercial-sector experience strongly preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized, with ability to prioritize, balance, and advance multiple competing priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment • Professional and collaborative interaction with teammates, clients, and business partners • Ability and desire to challenge and educate yourself to support and advance IT services delivery in Federal agencies • Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills • Ability to respond to team member and client requests via email, MS Teams, or other communication means during core business hours • Active listening and collaboration skills to understand client needs and work with developers and designers
