📋 Description

• Own strategic enterprise pursuits in the region from qualification through submission • Decode evaluator requirements and shape response strategy with account teams • Coordinate input across sales, solutions engineering, legal, and security • Drive every submission to a high standard and deliver on time • Run pursuits through an AI-first system • Improve the AI-first proposal process with each cycle • Systematize repeated work into templates, content, and company-wide processes • Help build the RFP Engine, a function supporting strategic enterprise deals • Potentially lead regional proposal capacity as pursuit volume grows • Potentially specialize in bid strategy for strategic global pursuits

🎯 Requirements

• Track record managing complex enterprise RFP or bid responses end-to-end, from qualification through submission, ideally at a technology company • Fluent use of AI in own work • Experience shipping internal tooling or workflows, or partnering closely with engineers to do so • Exceptional writing and editing skills • Strong project management under deadline pressure • Ability to coordinate contributors, review cycles, and sign-offs across functions and timezones • Commercial judgment to read scoring criteria, identify response differentiators, and flag low-value pursuits • Additional languages beyond English are a bonus • Experience with security or compliance questionnaires is a bonus • Technical or pre-sales background is a bonus
