📋 Description

• Own the full sales cycle end-to-end, from pipeline generation through close, supported by a pipeline generation team • Sell into Physical AI teams - start ups, scale ups and enterprise for robotics, autonomous vehicles and research applications • Drive high-impact deals and help scale Encord through its next phase of growth • Work with customers solving real, complex problems across multimodal data, robotics, and physical systems • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to feed customer insight directly into the roadmap • Help refine our ideal customer profile as we expand into new use cases • Grow with the company, with the opportunity to take on expanded ownership as we scale

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience excelling in a B2B SaaS sales role or a comparable high-performance environment • Alternative backgrounds considered: Candidates without direct B2B/SaaS experience who have demonstrated exceptional achievement in highly competitive or demanding fields (e.g., top 1% performance, sustained excellence, clear evidence of perseverance and results)
