📋 Description

• Develop and execute an integrated talent management and development strategy aligned with organizational goals and values • Own the performance management cycle end to end in Lattice, including goal setting, check-ins, review cycles, and calibration • Design and run employee engagement and culture initiatives, convert results into action plans, and follow through on changes • Maintain the existing Litmos and Articulate/Rise learning systems and administer training • Partner with the Chief People Officer on talent gap and capacity planning • Assess organizational capability needs and implement programs that build critical skills and leadership pipelines • Own manager coaching, documentation, and performance-correction guides; measure their use and revise them based on evidence • Lead, coach, and develop two Talent Development professionals • Use workforce analytics and talent metrics to assess program effectiveness • Design a succession planning and talent review approach • Design a leadership development program for managers from three legacy organizations • Design a consolidated learning program • Develop an approach for the high-volume, largely hourly Student Success workforce • Report to the Chief People Officer

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in talent management, organizational development, or learning and development, including hands-on design and delivery of performance or leadership programs, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Manager level) • 8+ years of progressive experience in talent management, organizational development, or related HR functions, including ownership of enterprise-wide talent programs and experience leading a team (Director level) • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with equivalent experience • Demonstrated experience designing and running a performance management cycle that managers across an organization actually completed • Experience owning employee engagement end to end • Experience building succession plans and running talent reviews with senior leaders • Strong consultative skills • Comfort with talent data and measuring program effect • Hands-on experience with Lattice or a comparable performance and engagement platform, and with at least one learning management or content authoring system • CLEAR™ identity verification required as part of pre-employment screening • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
