📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day support on HR practices and policies • Partner with HRBPs and HRDs to support an employee-oriented, high-performance culture • Serve as a resource to employees, management, and HR staff on employee and labor relations • Support HRD/HRBPs with employee management tasks, legal risk reduction, and regulatory compliance • Generate HR reports and present data in useful, understandable formats • Identify, manage, and facilitate equitable resolution of work-related complaints and concerns • Maintain the Workday inbox and escalate issues appropriately • Prepare position statements and evidence for unemployment, discrimination, and other employment-related claims • Maintain employee records and files • Monitor HR trends and best practices • Act as a trusted adviser to operations partners • Partner with the HR Service Center on associate inquiries • Create presentations for HRD/HRBP teams • Collaborate with HR functions on benefits, compensation, recruiting, and employment information • Present HR information to associates, leaders, and newly integrated associates

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel formulas, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs • Experience with Workday HRIS • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • 1 to 3 years of previous experience in HR • Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and management of teams using AI for process and technological improvements • Must reside in and be authorized to work within the United States • Must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require
