📋 Description

• Serve as a front-line support to colleagues • Provide real-time, accurate, and comprehensive responses to inquiries regarding general HR-related issues, policies, procedures, and processes • Process employee-related transactions accurately based on research, employee-specific information, and process guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma (Required) • 1 year of administrative and customer service experience (required) • Experience working with aspects of HR, such as onboarding • Work day experience (required) • Candidates for remote positions must reside in one of the listed eligible states
