📋 Description

• Monitor, document, escalate, and resolve ServiceNow software issue tickets • Serve as an escalated client point of contact and oversee high-quality service delivery • Troubleshoot complex software functionality issues • Support software automation, optimization initiatives, and technical capabilities • Research and analyze data anomalies • Assist with new client implementations and existing-client upgrades • Identify, communicate, and resolve complex data quality issues through client-facing interactions • Empower team members to identify process improvements, set priorities, and implement best practices • Write SQL queries and perform complex data analysis, data validation, and report creation and validation • Maintain proficiency with complex EIQ modules • Serve as a subject matter expert for data integrity processes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data management practices • Monitor and validate data across multiple systems for organizational and regulatory compliance • Lead data-quality improvement initiatives • Train stakeholders on best practices and ensure adherence to HIPAA and healthcare compliance requirements • Provide onboarding, training, and guidance to junior technical support staff

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of relatable professional experience • Associate degree or equivalent professional experience • CRCR certification or another approved job-relevant certification, or willingness to obtain within 9 months • Expertise using Ensemble IQ products • Ability to use SQL, Microsoft products, Excel, and Access • Professional experience with Azure DevOps • Ticketing experience in ServiceNow or Jira • Experience with and familiarity with multiple EMR/EHR systems • General understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management, including patient access, registration/admission, and patient financial services • Daily interaction with internal and external senior leaders • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills • Ability to prioritize deliverables • Technical skills for data analysis and troubleshooting complex issues • Ability to work with HIPAA and other healthcare compliance requirements
