📋 Description

• Plan, analyze, configure, implement, and support complex, multi-step healthcare Revenue Cycle Management workflow solutions • Apply knowledge of AR operations, prioritization, integration, posting adjustments, move balance/rebill, BDC/Appeals, and related revenue cycle processes • Analyze and troubleshoot data integrations supporting revenue cycle operations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones • Deliver measurable operational outcomes and quality software solutions • Manage projects, lead meetings, track issues, identify risks, and prepare status reports • Build and maintain client relationships • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency through technology and process optimization

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), including AR operations, denial management, patient access, billing, and patient financial services • Experience with AR prioritization, account segmentation, work queues, and workflow optimization • Knowledge of AR integration, posting adjustments, move balance/rebill, BDC/Appeals, and related financial account workflows • Experience with real-time data integration (HL7) or daily file intake processes • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and patient accounting platforms • Ability to analyze, configure, test, and troubleshoot data integrations • Understanding of workflow systems and operational business process improvement • Experience creating software process flows and documenting business and technical requirements • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight in ambiguous environments • Experience building and maintaining client relationships • Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, analytical skills, and service-oriented approach • Knowledge of AR aging, denial resolution, reimbursement workflows, and revenue recovery processes • Knowledge of HL7 messaging, including ADT and DFT transactions • Experience with EHR systems, patient accounting applications, and financial data reconciliation • Familiarity with workflow automation, data mapping, validation, and file-based integrations • Experience improving operational efficiency through technology and process optimization • Project management experience, including leading meetings, managing project plans, tracking issues, identifying risks, and preparing status reports • Strong communication, client management, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Must reside in and be authorized to work within the United States
