📋 Description

• Prepare for and conduct software demonstrations with the Sales team • Provide technical expertise by documenting processes and conducting workflow analysis in retail opportunities • Consult with the sales force to provide solutions to customer requirements • Liaise with Product Managers regarding potential product development • Conduct customer and prospect webinars • Travel domestically up to 50%

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in presales within the retail industry or equivalent operational retail experience • Experience in e-commerce, point-of-sales and payment solutions • Background supporting both direct and channel sales • Experience in the manufacturing, distribution, or finance industry • Documented experience giving customer presentations/demonstrations • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • MST, CST or EST preferred
