📋 Description

• Post jobs and actively source candidates through ADP, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels • Build recruiting partnerships and participate in hiring events • Screen applicants and schedule interviews • Work with hiring managers to fill open positions • Track hiring progress and keep candidates informed • Coordinate new-hire paperwork and onboarding • Keep employee files accurate, organized, and confidential • Coordinate offboarding steps and update employee records

🎯 Requirements

• Recruiting or HR experience, including screening applicants and coordinating interviews • Clear communication and reliable follow-through with candidates and hiring managers • Ability to manage multiple openings and handle confidential information with care • Comfort using applicant tracking systems and online recruiting tools • Experience with ADP is a plus • Experience with high-volume hiring or recruiting for retail, human services, nonprofit, or remote roles is a plus • No degree is required • A bachelor’s degree or SHRM or PHR certification is a plus
