📋 Description

• Support recruiters with candidate onboarding, recruitment administration, and reporting across multiple client locations • Communicate with candidates regarding offers, background checks, drug screens, onboarding requirements, start dates, and next steps • Launch and monitor pre-employment requirements; follow up on outstanding items and document candidate dispositions • Maintain accurate candidate records in Workday, including offers, interview guides, chain-of-custody documents, and onboarding documentation • Schedule New Hire Orientation, distribute required information, and conduct confirmation calls for upcoming starts • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly Excel reports covering orientations, offers, openings, declines, starts, and recruiting activity • Reconcile data, follow up on discrepancies or delays, protect confidential information, and escalate issues as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in recruiting coordination, human resources, staffing, or administrative support • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting capabilities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
