📋 Description

• Build and improve core SalonBiz products across Angular, JavaScript and PL/SQL, with a stronger focus on the frontend stack • Deliver high-quality, secure software while balancing new features, bug fixes and technical improvements • Work in an agile, iterative way, breaking larger initiatives into smaller releases and experiments • Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, including release pipelines, monitoring, feature flagging and deployments • Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Product Design and QA to solve problems and deliver customer outcomes • Contribute to technical planning and continuously improve software delivery practices • Participate in the on-call rotation when required

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years’ software engineering experience working in agile teams • Strong hands-on Angular and JavaScript experience; Angular is essential • Strong understanding of agile, DevOps and modern delivery practices, including iterative delivery, feature flagging and partial deployments • Collaborative approach to working across Product and Engineering • Strong communication skills and ability to make technical concepts easy to understand • Experience with collaborative programming, coaching and mentoring other engineers • Eligibility to work without sponsorship • Experience with React or other modern frontend frameworks is a bonus
