📋 Description

• Design and develop software and modification enhancements through all phases of the system lifecycle • Support clients in delivering better health and human services outcomes • Perform assigned technical duties with minimal supervision • Complete required project documentation, approvals, and transmitted references • Design, build, and maintain complex business programming applications • Analyze, design, and validate system requirements for new and existing applications • Collaborate with appropriate team members • Develop project schedules and plans and provide input on required resources • Identify system design alternatives and implement appropriate technical designs • Review program code and test results for accuracy and compliance • Perform complex development, maintenance, and modification • Create test plans and perform testing and debugging • Keep current with technologies needed to enhance and maintain systems • Support integration, customization, and maintenance of vendor applications • Provide on-call support during non-work hours

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Software Development and N-Tiered WEB development • Experience with Visual Studio.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AJAX • In-depth knowledge of SQL Server • Knowledge of Oracle helpful • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite • Ability to be flexible to changing requirements and handle multiple concurrent assignments • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA • Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, and customers • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and on-call during non-work hours • Ability to travel as required • Video cameras must be used during interviews and the initial week of orientation
