📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex, scalable, and maintainable software solutions • Architect and implement high-performance APIs and microservices • Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions • Drive the technical vision for projects and contribute to architectural discussions and long-term planning • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding practices • Mentor and coach junior engineers • Improve the software development lifecycle through automation, testing, and CI/CD pipelines • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure high availability and reliability • Evaluate and integrate tools, frameworks, and technologies • Use approved AI-assisted tools across design, development, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and analysis • Validate AI-generated outputs for correctness, security, maintainability, compliance, and business appropriateness • Contribute reusable prompts, skills, agents, and AI-assisted development patterns • Partner with architecture, security, and platform teams to integrate AI-enabled capabilities into enterprise applications • Follow policies governing AI usage, intellectual property, security, privacy, PHI handling, and Responsible AI practices • Participate in peer reviews and validation processes for AI-assisted solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience • Proficiency in multiple programming languages, such as C#, Java, or Python • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft and .NET technologies, specifically .NET Core, C#, and T-SQL • Experience building scalable and performant RESTful APIs using ASP.NET • Relational database development experience, preferably using SQL Server • Experience with at least one testing framework, logging framework, and ORM framework • Deep understanding of microservices, event-driven architecture, and RESTful API design • Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Expertise in SQL and NoSQL database design and optimization • Experience using Git-based source control systems, including pull requests • Ability to work independently and as part of a globally distributed team • Strong problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills, including leading technical discussions, presenting to stakeholders, and writing detailed documentation • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • High speed internet over 10 Mbps at home • Ability to complete identity verification, background check, and in-person I-9 verification • Government issued photo ID required for identity verification • May be subject to drug screening prior to employment
