📋 Description

• Manage U.S. payroll processing and payroll reconciliations • Maintain employee pay rates, deductions, and payroll records • Support prevailing-wage and certified-payroll requirements • Review Davis-Bacon and state/local prevailing-wage classifications • Coordinate payroll data with project/job costing • Support payroll audits and compliance documentation • Support finance admin tasks as needed • Collaborate closely with Finance, Sales & Pursuits • Lead payroll initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in payroll or payroll accounting • Direct experience with prevailing wages and certified payroll • Knowledge of Davis-Bacon and state/local wage requirements preferred • Strong attention to detail • Excel skills • Remote with a strong preference on the East Coast
