📋 Description

• Lead the preparation of responses to RFPs, technical questionnaires, and functional, security, infrastructure, and SLA compliance checklists • Translate prospective customers’ requirements into clear value propositions aligned with the product’s actual capabilities • Coordinate with Product, Operations, and Information Security to ensure accurate and consistent technical responses • Support Account Executives during sales meetings, demos, and customer presentations • Maintain and develop the pre-sales knowledge base, including standard responses, templates, and compliance matrices • Analyze the market and identify differentiators to strengthen the sales pitch • Track ongoing proposal processes, including deadlines, deliverables, and versions

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of prior experience in pre-sales, consulting, or B2B SaaS software sales processes • Experience preparing or coordinating responses to RFPs and technical vendor questionnaires • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Analytical, organized profile with the ability to manage multiple processes in parallel under tight deadlines • Availability to work 100% remotely • Upper-intermediate English proficiency • Knowledge of the occupational health and safety sector (PRL) is a plus • Previous experience with SaaS companies specializing in document management or regulatory compliance is a plus • Italian and/or Portuguese is a plus • Previous experience working with international customers is a plus • Knowledge of CRM or proposal management tools (RFP tools) is a plus
