📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment • Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code following best practices • Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, testability, and standardization • Develop and optimize applications for high performance and scalability • Assist with diagnosing and resolving production incidents • Contribute to architectural decisions, best practices, and technological evolution • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance requirements • Communicate daily in English with global teams and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• English fluency — C2 (written and spoken) • Proven experience as a Python Backend Developer • Strong proficiency with Python backend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, or similar) • Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs • Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) • Ability to write clean, modular, and scalable code • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate in remote, multicultural teams.
