📋 Description
• Develop and evolve scalable, resilient Java applications • Translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional, globally distributed teams • Ensure application of development best practices and code quality • Perform code reviews and support the development of less experienced professionals • Participate in incident resolution and performance optimization • Take part in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) • Stay up to date with new technologies and market trends
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields • Advanced English (C2) • Extensive experience in Java web development • Strong expertise in Java, Spring and Hibernate • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and microservices architecture • Solid knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MySQL) and SQL • Experience developing enterprise applications • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with code review and technical mentoring • Nice-to-haves: Experience in financial services, particularly Wealth & Asset Management; Familiarity with GenAI
