📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical resource for clients building API-based and headless integrations with the Fabric platform • Own client integration success end to end without requiring R&D involvement in day-to-day client meetings • Attend regular client calls to support architecture design, API implementation, and testing • Translate complex technical requirements into actionable guidance for technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ship minor API enhancements and configuration changes for high-value client use cases • Build and maintain client-facing SDKs, boilerplate code samples, and API documentation • Partner with the Solutions Design team to translate client requirements into integration approaches • Independently debug client integration issues and triage product engineering fixes versus API-layer or configuration solutions • Communicate API feature changes and rollouts to active client teams

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a technical client-facing role with real coding responsibility • Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails • Fluency with RESTful API design and integration patterns, including OAuth 2.0, API keys, webhooks, pagination, error handling, and debugging • Experience building or contributing to client-facing SDKs, code samples, or API documentation • Strong written and verbal communication • Ability to translate between engineering-level detail and business-level requirements • Ability to independently debug complex integration issues alongside client engineers • Exposure to HL7, FHIR, or EHR API integrations is a bonus • Experience with headless or composable architecture patterns in a B2B context is a bonus • Experience at a digital health, health tech, or health plan company is a bonus • Experience with Stoplight, ReadMe, or the OpenAPI specification is a bonus
