📋 Description

• Own the technical evaluation by leading full-cycle product evaluations, designing proofs of concept, and running pilots inside customer environments • Drive revenue and growth by turning successful pilots into broad adoption and identifying new use cases, teams, workflows, and workloads • Architect rollouts by helping customers integrate Factory into CI/CD, code review, testing, and deployment workflows • Design solutions for air-gapped and private deployments in regulated industries • Serve as the customer's technical voice by diagnosing friction, documenting product needs, and communicating feedback to product teams • Translate patterns across customers into actionable product feedback • Help enterprise engineering teams use Factory to ship code, review pull requests, run tests, and deploy continuously

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4+ years in a technical customer-facing role such as sales engineering, solutions engineering, developer advocacy, platform engineering, SRE, or similar • Experience partnering with an AE to support the customer lifecycle • Experience leading complex, technical enterprise deal cycles • Ability to build champions, multi-thread across technical stakeholders, and work across the organizational stack to drive buying decisions • Ability to read code, write scripts, debug integrations, and present to staff engineers • A CS degree or equivalent technical foundation is expected • Understanding of Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and deployment strategies • Ability to travel up to 50%
