📋 Description

• Sell the loan products offered by the Company • Meet and call on clients, referral sources, realtors, and business prospects at their homes, places of employment, or other social settings away from Company offices • Follow up on leads from branch and/or home office • Manage sales opportunities and develop a marketing strategy for the assigned territory • Execute the marketing strategy with support and guidance from the Area Sales Manager • Fund a minimum of 2.5 Reverse Mortgage loans per month • Produce high-quality loans meeting Reverse Mortgage guidelines while providing superior customer service • Solicit Reverse Mortgages through Community Outreach Programs, attorneys, healthcare organizations, financial professionals, past customers, and other related sources • Manage personal pipeline production and achieve production goals • Resolve problems relating to closing and funding of loans • Deliver integrity, client focus, teamwork, and respect in every interaction • Meet or exceed company customer service standards • Perform other duties as assigned • Direct reports: one or none

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience with Reverse Mortgage Sales • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills • Experience in public speaking • Ability to deliver high-impact presentations to large, diverse groups • Demonstrated computer proficiency • Successful completion of reverse mortgage originator training is required • Primarily engaged in the sales of reverse mortgage products • Customarily and regularly outside of the office and outside of his/her home office making sales of reverse mortgages • Prior experience working with automated Loan Origination Systems • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • High School Diploma or GED required • BA - Bachelor of Arts preferred
