📋 Description

• Execute manual test cases and test plans for web-based applications • Validate functionality, usability, and performance requirements • Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution • Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and expected outcomes • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and Agile ceremonies • Assist with regression, integration, and user acceptance testing activities • Verify bug fixes and perform retesting activities • Create and maintain testing documentation and test cases • Help improve testing processes, standards, and quality metrics • Learn and participate in test automation efforts as applicable

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience • 0-2 years of software QA, testing, or related experience • Fundamental understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Exposure to Agile development methodologies • Experience with application testing tools such as Azure DevOps Test Plans, JIRA, or related platforms • Basic understanding of SQL and database validation • Familiarity with web application testing • Knowledge of automated testing tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress • Understanding of API testing using Postman or similar tools
