📋 Description

• Define business process requirements, research alternatives, prepare presentations, drive solutions, gain consensus, test solutions, and implement solutions for specific business needs • Analyze and gather customer requirements to develop and implement customized solutions and provide alternatives • Provide informal training during implementation and formal training and support directly to customers when needed • Create documentation of business processes, training procedures, and standard operating procedures with business partners and SMEs • Generate reports, research and analyze data, and report trends to management and business partners • Drive process improvement through business process definition and documentation • Assess and document training needs and communicate new processes • Oversee projects for business departments and act as a liaison/strategic partner with government entities, vendors, corporations, and other divisions • Drive implementation of new processes or hand off implementation to the Project Management Team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience • At least 2–5 years of directly related experience • Analytical skills to determine root cause of problems and apply creative and effective solutions • Ability to analyze situations, interview, formulate questions, and probe for deeper knowledge/understanding • Data management skills • Basic knowledge of general business, production, and/or operations environments • General cost-benefit awareness • Good written and oral communication skills • Presentation skills • Standard MS skill set
