📋 Description

• Gather and confirm sold-case information from sales, producers, and customers • Submit accurate group data to Policyholder Services and partner through the scrub process • Lead customers through contract review, billing setup, and use of service tools such as AdminEase • Install new groups and transition them to the assigned Account Specialist • Bring customer insights to continuous improvement efforts • Collaborate on process enhancements • Resolve onboarding issues and build customer trust

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent • 3+ years of group insurance experience, including employee benefits and direct customer interaction • Experience in project management, benefits administration, case management, customer service, or sales • Ability to resolve customer issues and manage complex onboarding activities • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a process-driven environment • Familiarity with contract setup, billing processes, or Policyholder Services operations • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Successful completion of criminal background investigation and employment, education, and licensing verification • Must be bondable
