📋 Description

• Lead multiple software engineering teams delivering platform and product capabilities for DNA Platforms • Define engineering strategy aligned with business objectives, product roadmaps and enterprise architecture direction • Drive modernization, cloud adoption, automation and platform engineering initiatives across multiple portfolios • Establish engineering standards, architecture governance and development practices to improve quality, reliability and delivery predictability • Recruit, mentor and develop engineering managers and senior engineers through performance coaching, workforce planning and leadership development • Partner with architecture, security, operations and product teams to guide technical decisions for scalable, secure, resilient and compliant systems • Drive Agile, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), and DevSecOps adoption across teams to improve delivery execution and operational readiness

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering delivering enterprise-scale platforms, distributed systems or cloud-based applications • 8+ years of experience managing and developing teams • 8+ years of experience leading software engineering delivery across multiple teams, portfolios or workstreams • 8+ years of experience with software architecture, cloud platforms, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), DevSecOps, Agile delivery and production operations • 8+ years of experience partnering with product, architecture, operations, security and business stakeholders to deliver technology outcomes • 8+ years of experience communicating engineering strategy, delivery status, risks and technical decisions to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience • Experience in financial technology, payments, banking or digital platforms • Experience with platform engineering, developer experience or enterprise modernization initiatives • Experience evaluating or implementing artificial intelligence (AI)-assisted software engineering capabilities • Experience leading geographically distributed engineering teams • Ability to use a computer and audio equipment • Ability to travel occasionally, up to 10%
