📋 Description

• Lead design, development, and evolution of BI and analytics solutions for healthcare coding and clinical data products • Implement enterprise analytics best practices, data models, semantic models, and agentic and generative AI analytics solutions • Determine BI architecture, data modeling, and analytics best practices for Solventum HIS products and customer solutions • Support HIS analytics development for internal and external customers across the United States and globally • Collaborate with teams throughout Solventum to deliver data-driven products • Comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards while performing assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or related field • Ten (10+) years of Experience in Software Engineering • 3–5+ years in an architecture or technical leadership role designing scalable enterprise applications • Experience leading architecture design, proof of concepts (POCs), and technical evaluations • Experience establishing and enforcing engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural governance across teams • Experience building user-facing applications with embedded analytics, including dashboards and BI integrations such as QuickSight, Power BI, or similar • Experience collaborating across functions and mentoring development teams on architecture patterns, cloud design, and analytics integration • Experience designing and implementing complex data pipelines and ETL workflows using AWS Glue, Lambda, Spark, or equivalent • Experience with application performance optimization, data modeling, and distributed system design for large-scale data and analytics workloads • Hands-on experience with cloud-native architecture in AWS and/or Azure, including networking, security, and managed services • Experience designing systems supporting scalability, security, reliability, and large-scale data processing • Experience in Python, Spark, and EMR • Experience in Lakehouse and Fabric architecture • Experience with open-source tools such as Apache Arrow, Parquet, Nifi, Airflow, and Superset • Demonstrated advancement of analytics to Agentic first pipelines such as Langchain • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for employment visa status • Highly motivated and a self-starter
