📋 Description

• Design, build, and evolve scalable full-stack software solutions supporting reporting, workflow automation, analytics, and predictive capabilities • Lead technical design and contribute to architecture decisions for distributed, data-intensive systems • Partner with product and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions • Estimate work, sequence initiatives, identify risks, and drive execution to completion • Apply modern development practices and AI-assisted tools to improve code quality, developer efficiency, and system performance • Collaborate with engineering, QA, and operations partners to deliver reliable, production-ready software • Ensure secure and resilient deployments through monitoring, observability, and performance optimization • Improve engineering standards, processes, and patterns to raise platform quality and maturity • Mentor engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and knowledge sharing • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends • Protect sensitive and proprietary data while supporting compliance requirements, including HIPAA

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building enterprise-grade software applications and distributed systems • Strong backend development experience using object-oriented or modern programming languages • Golang strongly preferred • Experience designing systems for scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance • Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures and platforms such as AWS • Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing • Strong problem-solving skills • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred • Experience with Angular or React preferred • Experience with complex data models and large datasets, including MongoDB preferred • Experience leading technical initiatives or projects preferred • Experience in Agile or Scrum environments preferred • Experience with healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated industry systems preferred • Ability to protect sensitive and proprietary data and support HIPAA compliance • Home internet connection through cable broadband or fiber optic service with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
