📋 Description

• Develop and manage operational and technical relationships through in-person visits and phone calls to help carry out the account plan • Understand the client’s environment to ensure full utilization of Fiserv’s solutions for maximum benefit • Provide various levels of reporting on accomplishments and in-process activities • Influence and work cross-functionally on critical initiatives including incident response and process improvement • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures • Maintain compliance with system audits, client profile updates, and other administrative duties • Ensure Fiserv meets legal and contractual obligations • Manage and develop operational relationships for the assigned enterprise client • Support quality delivery and maintenance of all products and services

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience • 3+ years’ experience in customer service • Ability to travel up to 20% • This role must be local to the area and willing to travel within that geography • Bachelor’s degree • Project Management experience • Enterprise problem prevention and resolution experience • Ability to make independent decisions, exercise good judgment, and manage complex issues
