📋 Description

• Own and ship high-impact features end-to-end, from technical design through production. • Work directly with nurses, pharmacy partners, and internal ops to understand real pain points and build solutions that address them. • Set a high technical bar through design reviews, code review, and hands-on execution — not just oversight. • Identify and drive technical initiatives around code quality, observability, and testing without waiting for permission. • Translate ambiguous business requirements into concrete engineering plans and deliver them with minimal hand-holding. • Collaborate across functions and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders about tradeoffs and timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience as a software engineer. • Proficiency in Golang — this is our primary backend language. • Experience with web services and REST API development. • Comfort working in early-stage product environments where requirements evolve rapidly. • Strong written and written communication skills; you can work effectively across engineering, ops, and customer-facing teams. • Based in the US and available to work on US hours.
