📋 Description

• Provide customer service by answering incoming phone calls according to protocol and service standards • Respond to cases through case management software and web chat, and make outbound calls as assigned • Assist managers and employees with time-sensitive requests, including HRIS (Lawson) navigation • Provide first-level assistance with HRIS self-service tools • Support employees and managers throughout the employee life cycle, including onboarding, job changes, and retirement • Provide references to company policies and procedures • Refer situations requiring specific attention to appropriate resources or HR Centers of Excellence • Investigate and resolve first-level Human Resources and benefits issues • Prioritize and resolve issues to support customer satisfaction • Finalize and communicate decisions within applicable policy or plan-document time frames • Maintain accurate and timely HR and benefits documentation and records in designated databases • Participate in team meetings and training sessions • Assist with assigned HR projects

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of HR Experience • High School Diploma • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong customer service skills • Excellent problem solving skills • Multitasking skills
