📋 Description

• Complete data entry and administrative tasks supporting client requests • Provide timely, accurate, and compliant service through phone, email, and chat • Make outbound calls to obtain or verify required information • Review, process, and verify driver, compliance, and employment documentation • Complete an average of 8–10 tasks per hour while maintaining accuracy • Conduct employment verifications and collect required information • Document customer interactions and outcomes in CRM systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 • Use phone queues and tools such as Dialpad to manage call volume • Escalate complex issues and collaborate with internal teams • Deliver professional, high-quality customer service • Work scheduled monthly shifts averaging approximately 25 hours per week during Eastern Time support hours

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Previous customer service or SaaS support experience preferred but not required • Experience in a professional, office, or corporate customer service environment is a plus • Comfortable using CRM systems, working across multiple platforms, and using phone-based support tools • Willing and able to follow established procedures and handle sensitive information with care • Able to communicate clearly and professionally, verbally and in writing • Must reside in one of: Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, or Wisconsin • Must be legally authorized to work in the US • Employment contingent upon successful completion of a background check and, if applicable, drug screening
