📋 Description

• Help customers deploy and adopt Foresite’s SOAR-powered ecosystem • Work directly with external clients throughout each engagement • Write and adapt Python scripts for API integrations and automated actions • Partner with customer stakeholders to understand tools, processes, and pain points • Design tailored automation workflows, playbooks, and blocks • Manage playbook and script repositories using Git and GitHub best practices • Design, build, and troubleshoot automation playbooks, workflows, and blocks in Google SecOps SOAR • Serve as the primary technical point of contact during customer engagements • Deliver hands-on enablement training to customer teams • Identify security-operations bottlenecks and implement solutions to reduce MTTD and MTTR • Create clear, customer-facing documentation for playbooks, workflows, and integrations

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in security engineering or security operations • Foundational Python scripting skills • Comfortable working with RESTful APIs • Experience parsing JSON structures • Experience integrating data across diverse platforms • Demonstrated experience with GitHub, including branching, merging, and pull requests • Willingness and aptitude to learn Google SecOps SOAR or other major SOAR platforms • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills • Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail • Self-starter with strong problem-solving ability
