📋 Description

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain test strategies and test plans across Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud implementations • Test Contact Center and Salesforce voice solutions using Amazon Connect • Perform functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, and end-to-end testing • Validate Salesforce configurations, Flows, Lightning components, Apex, APIs, security models, and custom enhancements • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, architects, and project teams on requirements, acceptance criteria, and business processes • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and regression suites using Copado and related Salesforce testing tools • Participate in Agile ceremonies, release readiness, CI/CD deployment validation, and release management • Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution; support root cause analysis and remediation • Validate data integrity, migration accuracy, platform behavior, security, governance, accessibility, and regulatory compliance • Participate in client-facing testing reviews and UAT coordination • Maintain QA documentation including test cases, scripts, traceability matrices, defect logs, and release validation reports • Contribute to continuous improvement across QA processes, automation frameworks, and Agile delivery practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce QA, Quality Engineering, or Salesforce testing roles within enterprise environments • Proven experience supporting Contact Center, Service Cloud Voice, and Amazon Connect Salesforce implementations • Extensive experience building and executing automated test scripts using test automation tools • Hands-on experience testing Service Cloud Voice, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Experience, Salesforce Flows, and declarative automation • Strong understanding of Amazon Connect • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionality, security models, user roles, profiles, and sharing architecture • Experience with functional, regression, integration, User Acceptance, end-to-end, and API testing • Experience utilizing Copado for Salesforce DevOps, automated testing, and release validation • Experience validating integrations involving APIs, web services, middleware, and external systems • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software delivery methodologies and release cycles • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail and process discipline • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders in client-facing environments • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to document defects, testing outcomes, and validation results • Must reside in AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WI, or Washington, DC • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
