📋 Description

• Support the planning and execution of automated and performance testing activities across the program • Execute performance, load, stress, and endurance testing according to established test plans • Build and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and other automation frameworks • Assist in designing and refining performance test scenarios and data sets • Identify, document, and track defects, performance issues, and system bottlenecks • Analyze test results and generate reports • Communicate findings to development and leadership teams • Maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and execution logs • Coordinate with developers, operations, and QA leads to ensure complete test coverage and issue resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent additional experience in lieu of a degree) • U.S. citizenship • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance • Strong QA automation experience • Experience with Selenium • Experience designing and maintaining automated test frameworks • Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, k6, or similar • Analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills • Experience developing test plans, test cases, and test reports • Experience identifying performance bottlenecks in collaboration with technical teams • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently or as part of a team • Ability to mentor junior QA staff • Ability to quickly learn new technologies, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (desired) • Experience in Agile software development environments (desired) • Understanding of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis and unit testing (desired) • Experience with Momentum ERP or other ERP systems (a plus) • Familiarity with enterprise-scale financial and/or government systems (highly desirable)
